So thankful to have worked with Amanda. Her knowledge has helped me so much with my health journey and has given me motivation to keep on going. In short, I was diagnosed with preeclampsia later in my pregnancy, leading to induction and later C-section. Just 3 weeks later I needed an appendectomy! And months later I was in and out of ER for gallbladder pain. I eventually had it removed. 3 surgeries all within 6 months! All things I thought I could not control. The doctors were great, but they just pushed pills and sent me on my way. Even my holistic doctor pushed natural pills!

Amanda was a light at the end of my dark tunnel. She was kind and sweet and never judgmental about my lifestyle. Her enthusiasm and eagerness to share her got me to be excited for our 5 AM meetings! It was a lot of information she shared, but her approach allowed for the information to make so much sense! During our one month, I lost 10lbs, had less swelling in my face and ankles, had less dandruff and hair shedding, and gained soooo much energy!

Working with Amanda has given me hope and confidence for my healing journey. I look forward to working with her again. Thanks Amanda!
