I was trying to transition to a raw vegan lifestyle for two years already, and although I was convinced that I already know everything, my major health problems were still there.
When I ate nothing but fruits, my digestion was calm and I felt good, but it was really hard to sustain and my cravings were all over the place. I would binge with nut butter and heavy cooked foods, and completely fall off the train every couple of days. And then I would feel awful with all kinds of body aches, bloating, indigestion, headache, and horrible mood.
Iam usually not the person who seeks assistance, and I like to do the stuff my way, but one day I hit the bottom and decided to hire someone for help.
Amanda was recommended by a friend, and she seemed nice, so I decided to give it a try!
What I’ve learned was beyond any expectations, Amanda’s knowledge is so wide, and at the same time, she is a loving, caring person that has a lot of personal stories to tell that you can relate to.
I’ve made huge progress, my digestion improved, my skin cleared, my hormones calmed down, and I feel more balanced and motivated.
I know that healing might take some time, but I am happy about what I’ve already accomplished and look forward to my future results.
