I found Amanda when I was deep into mental distress and felt hopeless. I felt I was going nowhere with my lifestyle as a teenager going through past struggles of binge eating and anorexia. I had always had stomach troubles and never knew what to do about it. Along with that, I felt as if I was the only one going through issues with anxiety and depression. She gave me hope and knowledge in order to execute my goals currently and in the future. She inspired me with her own story and tips she learned from studies over the years. I was so relieved to know I wasn’t alone and that she had gone through many of the symptoms and even more of what I had been feeling.
