Amanda and I know each other for already 8 years. In this time I get to know her pretty well and one is for sure, she is a very special, positive and bit silly person and I feel proud to have her as my friend. Years ago I knew she was struggling with health and it was obvious that she didn’t feel good and you could see that by the way she acted and her words. I know it was an extremely hard time for her and when I see her happy and fulfilled like this, knowing that she made it happen all by herself, I am inspired to take better care of my health. Off course, I don’t have that much self-control and discipline, but she did inspire me to eat more fruits and vegetables and cut dairy and gluten, not to put junk in myself which makes me feel awful afterward, to drink less often alcohol. Although it’s hard to fit into society if you don’t drink, eat meat and similar, seeing Amanda’s transformation, I am convinced that it definitely pays off and I see changes on myself as well.
It’s not easy, but personally, I did notice changes after eliminating dairy and introducing almond milk instead, which I absolutely adore and It is widely available. I noticed big changes in my immune system and my PMS symptoms reduced drastically. When you start taking care of your body, you start feeling better and as they say: ‘In a healthy body, healthy spirit’! But this takes time, doesn’t change overnight.
Amanda is really well educated on this, and most importantly, she’s every day living what she’s preaching and it works. So why not give it a try?
