My Detox Journey – Understanding How Detoxification Works

If you check the second photo, you might think that I don’t look healthy either, actually maybe even worse than when I started.

And yes at this stage, many people around me said that I am going to kill myself with a fruitarian diet!

There was pressure from every side for me to stop what I’m doing and ‘just be normal like other people because my bones were showing and my skin was hanging, but didn’t allow them to break my mind. 💪

Yes, I did many things wrong, and despite reading some books at this point, I still didn’t know what I’m doing. Detoxification is far more than just eating fruits and I learned it a hard way later on my journey but wanted to share with you more about my story.

So, the photo on the left is a day 1 me being fruitarian 13.06.2013. I already had a lot of work done and for 2 years I was trying out many diets and supplements and cutting out milk and dairy and following strict anti-candida diets.

I tried many approaches like keto, paleo, GAPS diet, apple fast, water fast, FODMAP diet, and just one day before the photo was taken I was on a Body Ecology Diet and I ate only meat, fish, coconut oil, greens, and self-made fermented foods.

So my swelling has already partly reduced and I felt a bit better, but I knew it wasn’t enough to heal.

The night before becoming a fruitarian, I ate 3 baked dishes alone and had acid reflux and pain the whole night and I couldn’t stop crying. In the morning I found a video on fruit diet healing candida and I gave it a try. 7 years after, I’m still on a fruit-based raw vegan diet and never felt better in my life. 💪 🥰🍉✨

The second pic is a day 57 on mostly only fruits. I have been trying to lose weight for 10 years prior that and had sort of anorexia and binge eating disorder, and I could NEVER LOSE ANY WEIGHT despite starving myself, so getting this slim in a record time, was incredibly motivating for me! Plus I felt happy like never in my life and despite some pain and intense cravings, I felt I’m on the right track! 😍 🍍

It is necessary to understand the detoxification and the way it is working.
Things can get worse before they get better. The body is shedding layers and releasing toxic substances that have been in our system for decades!

And just because we change the diet, it does not mean that all the problems will disappear immediately. We have to ‘wash away’ our sins and allow our body to do its processes and cleanse itself.

There is a big difference in what I know now, compared with when I was starting. And if I knew all these things, my healing would be much faster and easier to handle. But I appreciate my journey. The whole time I thought, that I was cursed, but actually, now I know that stepping on this road was a blessing. 🙏✨

It is important to note that detox should be properly managed to prevent toxins from getting reabsorbed by our system or get on our skin instead of being eliminated. 🧟‍♂️

Now I know that many troubles like systemic acidosis, pain, inflammation, chronic fatigue, digestive disorders, skin issues, anxiety, hair loss, teeth pain, and similar could be greatly reduced if I knew to work with glands and manage my detoxification!

My clients often wonder how they don’t have severe detox symptoms, despite detoxing, but that’s because I learned many shortcuts and ways to channel the toxic waste out before it gets in the system! 🤓

THE PURPOSE OF THE DETOXIFICATION IS NOT JUST TO MELT AND STIR UP THE TOXINS BY EATING FRUITS, THE PURPOSE OF DETOX IS TO ELIMINATE THE TOXINS THAT HAVE BEEN ACTIVATED BY DETOX, so the body over time gets rid of the waste, and not just going in circles!

And keep in mind that detoxification means sacrificing nutrition for the sake of cleansing, and you don’t want to be in a detox state way too long without getting progress, cause your body will develop nutritional deficiencies and you will get into new problems!
